Devon Allstars Cheer Squad
Bringing bold energy and team unity to life with dynamic, movement-inspired brand design.
Studio Mission: To design a powerful, modern brand identity for a fast-growing UK cheer squad, one that would look just as strong on a competition banner as it does on a hoodie or social media profile.
The design direction
Devon Allstars needed a logo and visual identity that reflected their energy, professionalism, and passion for cheer, without losing their friendly, local feel.
We were tasked with creating a brand that felt:

- High-energy and athletic, but not overly aggressive
- Easily recognisable at a distance (important for competitions and performances)
- Flexible across uniforms, merchandise, flyers, and digital platforms
- Aligned with their iconic green and black colour scheme

The creative process
Logo & Colour Update
We explored star-shaped elements and angular layouts to reflect movement, momentum, and formation, key visual cues for cheerleading.
Typography
Confident, modern sans-serif fonts were chosen to convey strength and unity. We refined the lettering to suggest motion and individuality, helping the wordmark feel dynamic and tailored.
Custom logo
The final logo is similar to it’s sister company, stylised with stars as a symbol of teamwork, growth, and rising energy. It’s simple enough to scale, but striking enough to leave an impact.
Visual application
To ensure versatility, we developed mockups and brand usage guides for:

- Social media banners and digital assets
- Printed merchandise like water bottles, bows, and hoodies
- Event signage and backdrop branding

Each design element was built to energise the audience, whether on the sidelines or on screen.
The final result
The new Devon Allstars brand identity is bold, clean, and competition-ready. It captures the drive of the athletes, the spirit of the team, and the pride of their community.
Whether printed on merch or projected during performance, the logo gives the team a sense of identity they can rally behind.
