Studio Mission: To design a cohesive, elegant wedding stationery suite that felt personal, practical, and beautifully tailored to the couple’s vision and venue.
The vision behind the concept
The brief was simple: keep it timeless and romantic, with enough personality to reflect the couple. From there, the design evolved into a refined suite of coordinated elements — each piece carrying through the same typography, soft layout rhythm, and understated charm.
Key goals:
- Clarity: Information clearly laid out without feeling crowded
- Continuity: Unified fonts, spacing, and visual tone across every element
- Charm: Small, thoughtful touches that felt personal — from the RSVP line “I promise to dance if you play…” to the delicate menu formatting

1. Save the Date
A minimal, clean design introducing the couple’s style and setting the tone early — with key info and a warm, joyful message.
2. Day & Evening Invitations
Two tailored versions of the main invite:
- Day guests: Included full ceremony details
- Evening guests: Clearly marked celebration-only invite, with consistent design elements
3. RSVP Card
A clean, interactive layout with space to select meal preferences and song requests, designed for print with postal return instructions.
4. Wedding Menus
- A full adult menu with allergen key and courses, formatted for readability and elegance
- A dedicated children’s menu, with a fun, simplified look while maintaining brand consistency
Each piece was formatted for professional printing with precise trim lines, bleed, and layout alignment. Files were delivered in both print-ready PDF and digital formats for flexibility, ensuring crisp results and hassle-free production.
